The following fees may apply during your ride. These fees may be retained by your driver, Digital Ride, or other third parties. If something looks like it was incorrectly charged to your ride, send us a message by tapping 'Contact Support' below.
If you no longer need a ride, feel free to cancel it. This will take you to a menu where you can then tap 'Cancel ride.'

To compensate your driver for their time and gas, we may apply a cancellation or no-show fee to the ride.

If you experience overcharging because of GPS error/miscalculation, please report an issue through your user app and following below process-

The easiest way to recover a lost item is to contact your driver directly. If you have trouble reaching your driver, we’re here to help you get in touch with them.
Keep in mind that we’re unable to guarantee items will be found or delivered immediately. Per Digital Ride's Terms of Service, we do not procure insurance for, nor are we responsible for, personal belongings left in the car by drivers or riders. For this reason, we’re unable to provide refunds for rides or reimbursement for the value of lost items.
If you or a member of your group causes physical or cosmetic damage to the interior or exterior of your driver's car, we'll assess a damage fee and charge your default payment method. View the Terms of Service to learn more.
